At United Real Estate you can be selective of the services they offer or simply run your business and take advantage of generous commission splits that favor the agents without compromising your services to your clients.
The commission split is simple, it’s 100% commission paid to you, then you pay some minor transactional fees to the brokerage starting at $600 (depending on the price of the home sale transaction), then an E&O $50 and you keep the rest. While other agencies are locking you into 50/50 splits where you are obligated to pay for their additional fees on top of this arrangement, United Real Estate does not start with a commission split like other agencies. You start by earning 100% of the commission, then you pay for the transaction fees and the rest is yours to keep. But remember, you’re still a 1099 contractor so save up for year end income taxes.
Similar to other agencies, there a some annual fees, but you would be paying those regardless of what agency you work for.
For this 100% commission arrangement, there is an affordable $99 per month fee which you can more than absorb after your first transaction. Imagine that you close a transaction with $5,000. You simply pay a transaction fee (minimum $600) and an E&O charge minus some MLS transaction fees and the rest is yours to keep. Even if your take was $4,000 that’s still more than what another agency would charge at 50% of your transaction. Another agency would start at taking $2,500 plus other fees. Your take would be drastically less. 
If you already know how to generate your own business activity, have exhausted all training activities at your brokerage and feel you can get ahead only if you were to earn more, well just maybe joining United Real Estate is for you.
